I came back from my walk this morning wanting a different smoothie so starting poking around the kitchen. Though a bit “green” for the hubby, I just love this one:
1 cup unsweetened plain almond milk
2 large kale leaves, de-veined
2 tbsp sprouted & dehydrated flax seed and blueberry powder
1 banana, cut up
1 pear, cut up
splash of maple syrup (optional)
Throw in the blender and enjoy! Just look at that vibrant green:)
