We’ve all heard that you “are what you eat”, however, many don’t realize that you “are what you think” as well.
During all of my sessions with clients, the body mind spirit aspect is explored and recommendations are made to help you with stress reduction, relaxation and chakra balancing. Though sometimes difficult to relate to the concept of body mind spirit, most of us at some point in time have experienced emotional stress impacting us physically.
An example of such a phenomena is the person who is nervous and gets an unsettled stomach or digestive upset. This is a clear example of our worries/stress effecting us on a physical level. Often times, the body mind spirit connection is much more subtle so that we don’t necessarily make the connection. Working together we will explore the possible affects of our emotions on our physical health.
